Meet the Team

Marcus Lobb
Regional Lead - BC Chapter
Farm to School BC
prov.manager@farmtoschoolbc.ca

Marcus has 12 years of experience supporting, and designing school garden and healthy eating programs in Quebec and B.C.
Â
His passion for food systems can be traced back to his childhood as the grandson of an avid gardener who grew the tastiest cherry tomatoes.
Â
Along with an interest in local food, Marcus enjoys growing his own vegetables, being involved with youth basketball, and listening to old records. Marcus also supports the Capital Region as a community animator with Farm to School BC.
Â
Marcus lives and works currently on the traditional-unceded territory of the lÉ™k̓ʷəŋən (Lekwugen) Peoples, know today as the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations.Â
